Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We use Canada Post to ship Shop Durham Tourism orders. Please see the live shipping rates at checkout.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Typically orders will be shipped the next day and the shipping rates at check out provide an estimate based on your address. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your package goes out. During peak periods like the holidays there may be delays in delivery.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Shop Durham Tourism offers PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) payment options.
Q: How will payments appear on my Payee statement?
A: Payments do not appear as Shop Durham Tourism. They appear as being made to SVS Marketing or StincorVanSmith Marketing or the like.
Q: How do I return or exchange my product?
A: You may return products in unused condition for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us and provide your order number and return request details.
Q: I did not receive my order notification.
A: Order notifications are sent automatically by the system when you place an order. Typically, this takes no longer than 10 minutes. If for some reason you did not receive your notification, we recommend you check your spam folder first and then contact us.
